Favorite wiki site or favorite wiki software? Right now, I think my favorite wiki site would have to be Mr. Telles - 4th Grade (http://mrtelles.pbwiki.com) because I think it is just so cool that a 4th grade teacher is using a wiki to give homework assignments etc. to his students.

I'm would like to have a wiki feature on ning.com (I've just posted to request) and in gmail as well.

At the moment I'm using an off-line DHTML TiddlyWiki and I'm sending all the time the last version to myself...

Well, I made up the wiki-net-idea and - who wonders? - the wikis currently supporting this "meant to be an all over wikilandia network" are my favorites. Think of the wiki-net like Twitter - everybody decides on his own whom to follow -, just think on the community level instead of the individual level. Every wiki decides on its own. I spend a lot of time working on the wiki-net and the solitude doing so sometimes is painful. But then again: If it'd be easy everybody would do it. ;)

I have had more of a wiki-life before spring 06 when starting on the wiki-net. I like the community-wiki, the s23-wiki and the meatball-wiki. But as it's about creating a "common global thinking apparatus" and thus is for a good purpose ...
Yes, having an idea is one thing. Making it understandable for people is another and sometimes such takes both time and work.
